If you have already done MBA, then there is no use of doing it. And we take admission on graduation basis, not on post graduation bases.

Well, I don't know about the marks, but you need at least a rank under 15000 if you are an outsider and belong to the OBC category.

You will be able to get a call but will have to justify it in the interview. Look to score extremely high (99.95percentile+) in CAT so that importance of interview round becomes minimum.
