Hi Divyanshu,
It does not matter if you didn't have maths in class 12th. For MBA, you should have completed your graduation and class 12 with 50% of marks. You are eligible for admission in DFS. You have to clear CAT exam and based on your scores you can get admission. After clearing the CAT exam, you have to clear the Group discussion and Personal Interview round. Based on the cumulative scores of the three rounds, you may get admission. The cut-off will be declared based on the results.

It is not possible now. The exam application starts in the month of July and counselling happens in September. Now, it won't be possible for you. This month 29th is the last date for Management aptitude test or MAT exam. The strong preparation now itself can help you crack this entrance. Usually, the PGCET is for Karnataka students and the exam results are declared now. So, its not possible for you to try PGCET this year. Try in the coming MAT.
