Indeed, a student can pursue MCA from Hyderabad with fee reimbursement facilities. Fee reimbursement options exist for MCA in all states of India including Telangana. There, the students pursuing an MCA course can take reimbursement facilities both in Government as well as Private institutes. For example, there may be a reimbursement for an MCA course fee in the amount of INR 27,000 for students belonging to an economically weaker section. You are not a robot so you can cancel your admission after 1st sem of MCA in JNTU. The process of doing this is to apply for a withdrawal through the college administration. You follow a proper procedure, they are supposed to return your original 10th and intermediate certificates, without any fee. If there is a refund, it should be issued in seven days.
