Hello Deepashree,
You are already working and now thinking of doing an MBA online. Right? Well there are many universities which are offering MBA via distance education mode. The most famous being IGNOU or Anna University. I will advise you to try one more method. You can maybe after another year of employment, when you would have gathered enough experience, you should think of doing a full-fledged executive MBA of 1 year in any of the IIMs in the country. This is a great value for money and can send you into another sphere of employment. Best wishes to you.

Graduation in any stream is the basic eligibility for MCA. The eligibility for qualifying marks in graduation differs from institute to institute. Most of the institutes require 45% to 50 % aggregate marks in qualifying exam for taking admission. Reserved categories get some relaxation in aggregate percentage. If you are asking in terms for class 12th then IP and CS are same. These two subjects are really helpful if you have interest in doing BCA. If you haven't studied these subjects then don't worry you'll still be able to get admission into BCA colleges without any problem. But if you have a chance to study these 2 subjects then you definitely should go for these subjects as it'll be much more easier for you to score good marks in your BCA course.
