If you see a placement, it all depends on your communication skills and not branch which you are selecting. But, I will suggest you to select technical stream that is B.Sc.

Leave MCA if you have a very good option and you are sure to succeed in it. If you think you can beat the exams for government jobs then you can drop and start preparing for it then. If you are unsure then somehow complete MCA and then start preparations for jobs because you will have more options now.
