If you go with BCA, top MNC's do not prefer BCA students and even it might take a longer time to settle in the career. But, if you go through Computer Engineering (Polytechnic) you will have both dual degree as well as sounding knowledge. So, computer engineering is suggestible from my side.

You must pursue B.Tech in robotics followed by M.Tech in the same. You must select robotics with automation or any specialisation you want to pursue. For this, you must go with JEE Mains and qualify it with very good marks so that you get a seat in IIT. Since only IIT have experienced faculty with the infrastructure required for this kind of branch. Other private college does not have any experienced faculty members for robotics engineering. Also, the equipment required is not available in the private college And hence, students cannot learn much practically as well as theoretically.

Hello Rush,
It is not necessary, but after doing graduation in any specialisation programme, you get more value and scope in comparison to class 12th or 10th pass aspirants. If you have no B.Tech degree then you can go for various short-term certificate course by which you can learn more about this field because, for a job, you need to have a proper knowledge about the field.

You opted for a very good branch. To achieve this, you must qualify with very good marks in JEE Mains so that you can secure your seat in an IIT as in this, only you will be able to complete your course with knowledge and as well as great skills. Many private colleges also offer this course but they are not reliable and authentic and also, the machine or the faculty members which are required are not available in these private colleges. IIT has great faculty members and placement too. Just go for it.
Best of luck.

Hi Lakshman.
In IT Industry, you can't directly say experience matters or not. Success in IT depends on various other factors like your technical and problem solving skills, qualifications, qualification institute, and others. As you know IITians, NITians, IIITians, and many other government and private institutions' students gets placed with packages as high as 34 LPA which is greater than many Experienced IT professionals. So it doesnot matter to that much extent that how experienced are you but, yes, you can say that experience matters. An experienced IT professional has an edge over an inexperienced one.
