You should focus now on your job at hand. If you still feel that you require to pursue a course, you can go for an advanced course in SAP module of your choice. You could opt for a course in SAP ERP.

UGC advises candidates to apply for the NET exams in those subjects only in which they have done their post graduation. Now since you have done your post graduation ie MBA you can apply in the subject Management. You have the option to apply in Computer Applications as your MBA has been done with specialisation IT. Doing MBA after BCA, according to me, is a good option because by pursuing MBA, you will be studying a lot about management and you already studied and gained sufficient knowledge about IT and Technology from BCA. So, as per my understanding, doing MBA is a good option. Rest is all upon you.
