Getting a loan will depend on the acceptance by the university. You must have received the admission offer to be eligible for bank loan. To study in Canada, you have to know the eligibility criteria of the various universities and the programmes. There is no MCA, it's only in India. In Canada, you find different terminologies like M.Sc in Applied Computing, Computer Systems, Computer Science, etc. They are all very competitive.
