Be very strategic when you are applying to Canada or any other degree. Just by applying for some degree won't do any good. If you want to study then universities must accept. You. For this know what to study. I am not sure if universities in Canada will accept you into a MS IT or CS course basis your education profile. Its a three year degree and B.Com irrelevant to what you want to study. Try contacting some universities first. Your work experience may help but not a guarantee. You should also consider other countries like Australia etc. You will have better idea only if you start contacting the universities one b

You can't go for B.Tech as B.Tech need Mathematics, but you can go for BCA. Bachelor in Computer Application course, which is also a computer course. Here, you also learn about computer application and language. There are many colleges in India, which provide BCA for students with non-Mathematics background.
