The basic eligibility criterion to pursue BCA course is class 12th. You should score an aggregate of 50% in the class 12th. You should have taken mathematics as the main subject at class 12th level. There are many reputed colleges in the country which offer BCA courses. Some of the colleges are Garden City College, Bangalore, MS Ramaiah Junior & Degree College, Bangalore, Amity School of Computer Science, Noida, Apeejay Institute of Management & Information Technology, New Delhi, etc.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Candidates must have undergone 12th Science stream schooling with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as the main subjects. Minimum marks criteria is 50% (PCM subjects) in 12th Board examination.
However, there are various colleges which allow admission into various IT courses based on your score in relevant entrance exams. Request you to search for the appropriate entrance exam to secure admission in B.Sc. IT. You can get this information from admission authorities in various institutes offering this course. Regards.

You should pursue a course which you feel comfortable doing/studying, and where your interests lie. The career scope for students of IT is on the rise today. Employment opportunities that offer lucrative salaries are available to desirable candidates. The degree in B.Sc information technology serves as a very good base for students who wish to pursue their career or advanced studies in the field of information technology.

Hi,
MCA Course is not offered in BITS Pilani. However, you can do an integrated first degree course of M.Sc in Information Systems. Otherwise, you can look for the colleges like BIT Mesra, NIT-Trichy, Warangal, Amity University etc. for pursuing MCA.

It does not make much sense to do a BCA after you have completed a Diploma in architecture, unless you are interested in studying computer sciences and pursuing a career in the same field.
To improve your career prospects you need to study further either in your technical field or in a general area of study.
