Eligibility for M.Sc. in Anesthesia
As a minimum criterion of eligibility, aspiring candidates need to have completed graduation in Science (B.Sc.) stream from a recognized university with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects, and with a minimum aggregate score of 45%.
M.Sc. in Anesthesia: Admission Process
Admission process for the course may vary between institutes. A few top institutes also have an entrance test and round of personal interview in place for admission to the course. Students are selected based on the obtained merit. A few institutes also offer direct admission to the course.

Salary totally depends on where you go for a job.
In IT, it is well known that government jobs are less, and also paid less, but in private companies which are leading in the market can offer you overwhelming packages.
In civil engineering, private companies offer less paid jobs, but large growth rate while government job will have to cross some barricades, like GATE or ESE for getting a much satisfactory pay and perks.
But lastly, when you become a professional, the thing matters is your work satisfaction and working hours. In that case, IT field has a bad review. If you don't get a campus placement, it is tough to get a job.

Both are good in their respective fields. If you want to continue your further studies in computer science and application, then MCA is the best option. But if you prefer going for corporate and business sector, then MBA is your best option.
