If you are taking BCA then you need to strong in the related subjects especially maths.
You have to first analyse the area where your strength lies.
Based on that choose the appropriate stream. For BCA, all institutes will expect the candidates to have studied physics, chemistry and maths.
For some of the institutes, there will also be an entrance exam.

Hello Aatmaj,
If you have done BCA then you must have passed your 12th almost three years back. These days almost all state govt's and IIT too have only three year window after 12th within which you need to apply. Doing Aeronautical engineering in any Institute other than IIT is of no use. So I suggest please think of doing something different.

Yes, you can apply for MBA in operations management as well as other fields of MBA if you want. Top B-Schools like IIMs, Xavier's, NMIMS, Great Lakes-Chennai, IMT, etc. accept CAT and XAT but NMIMS only accepts NMAT.

Hello Parth,
It's very nice to know that you have dreams of doing graduation after completing your diploma. There are many colleges in places you mentioned where you can realise your dream. In Gujrat, you can seek admission directly to 2nd year of engineering. Just score very good marks in your diploma. List of colleges is available on the web site.

The basic requirement to do a PhD is a Masters degree, so you automatically qualify since you have a MCA degree. To apply for Ph.D. you can either directly apply to the professors of
different universities sending them your resume , Statement of purpose
and your research papers. Or you can appear for UGC-NET examination
and then sending your NET scores to the professors under whom you want
to undergo your Ph.D. course.
