Student must have passed 12th examination at recognized board with 33% marks in the aggregate in the case of commerce students who have passed 10+2 examination and 40% for the students who have opted for two of the Accountancy, Business Studies, Mathematics or Economics subjects and 45% for other candidates. The selection is strictly on merit basis followed by a personal interview, in order to evaluate student's general aptitude for the module

1. You have pursued either a BCA or B.Sc. In math.
2. You studied mathematics as one of your subjects for a B.Com or B.A. Degree.
3. You had a mathematics subject in your 12th grade.
4. Some colleges might require you to have more than 50% in your graduate degree. Therefore, if you have math as a subject, you are eligible for the MCA course. You can check eligibility criteria for top MCA colleges at this link: https://www.shiksha.com/it-software/colleges/mca-colleges-india.
