Student must have passed 12th examination at recognized board with 33% marks in the aggregate in the case of commerce students who have passed 10+2 examination and 40% for the students who have opted for two of the Accountancy, Business Studies, Mathematics or Economics subjects and 45% for other candidates. The selection is strictly on merit basis followed by a personal interview, in order to evaluate student's general aptitude for the module

MSIT has a good placement record with about 95 percent of population has been placed for last year. This is not a exhaustive list of companies that visited campus, I have listed only those which I can recall.

The Bachelor's in computer application BCA is a three-year degree in the IT field. For this course, you can apply for direct admission; however, to be admitted to the best BCA colleges, you must take one of the following exams:

You must meet one of the following requirements in order to qualify under AICTE's eligibility standards for admission to the MCA programme:
1. You have pursued either a BCA or B.Sc. In math.
2. You studied mathematics as one of your subjects for a B.Com or B.A. Degree.
3. You had a mathematics subject in your 12th grade.
