Firstly, you should ensure that you meet the minimum eligibility criteria for admission to IT courses at various levels and appear for relevant entrance tests. Different universities may have their own requirements but the general documents that you must carry along with you at the time of admission to BTech IT course are the Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, Class 12 provisional certificate, character certificate, category certificate (if applicable), transfer certificate (may be asked for by a few institutions), and other documents like the Voter ID, Aadhar card, etc. Make sure you also have the photocopies of all these original documents as they might ask you for the same. There is no hard and fast rule when it comes to the age requirements for pursuing the BTech in IT course, but mostly the students who opt for a BTech degree in Information Technology are mostly between 17 and 24 years old at the time of taking admission.
Rest, you should always crosscheck by visiting the official website of the institution where you are planning to take admission because the eligibility requirements get revised every year, and hence, is subject to vary according to the current academic session.

You can pursue a BE/BTech degree in Information Technology after completing your Class 12 in the Science background with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and securing at least 50 to 60% marks in board exams. The marks requirements differ from one university to another. You should also sit for entrance tests and other skill assessment rounds (if applicable).
So, you must check the eligibility criteria for the colleges you're targeting by visiting their websites to avoid any confusion. You can even go for Diploma courses in IT right after completing your Class 10.
