Admission Eligibility
The candidate will be granted admission purely on the merit, based on aggregate marks obtained by the candidate in HSC / Equivalent Examination.(aproximately 60% in HSC) Marks obtained in practical will be included in calculating aggregate marks.
A candidate who has passed HSC / Equivalent Examination from Science Stream (A, B,AB Group) or General Stream (Commerce) or Vocational Stream with English as one of the subjects.
A candidate, who has passed HSC / Equivalent Examination with more than one attempt, is also eligible to apply. However, he/she will be placed in the merit list after deducting 2% marks per additional attempt.

Graduation with a minimum aggregate of 50% is required.
50% candidates must have passed any recognized BCA / Bachelor degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent degree and obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% marks (45% of marks in case of SC, ST and Category-I of Karnataka candidates) taken together in all the subjects in all the years of the Degree Examination from any recognized institute/university. OR Candidate must have passed B.Sc. / B.Com / B.A. with Mathematics at 10 + 2 level or at Graduation level (with additional bridge courses as per the norms of the concerned University) and obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% marks (45% of marks in case of SC, ST and Category-I of Karnataka candidates) taken together in all the subjects in all the years of the Degree Examination from any recognized institute/university. Final year students can also apply on provisional basis.

70% of these seats are allotted by the EAMCET counseling process and 30% of the seats are allotted as per Management quota rules by the college. Students who have successfully completed their 10 + 2 studies under a recognised board of education are eligible to apply for admission into the first year of the B.E. Course. Students who have completed their 10th standard studies and further completed 3-year of Polytechnic under a relevant branch are eligible to apply for admission into the 2nd year of B.E. Course through the lateral entry scheme. Candidates seeking admission into the 1st year of B.E. Will be required to take up the EAMCET examination while candidates seeking admission through lateral entry are required to take up the ECET examination.
