No, distance learning programmes offered at institute of distance education, university of madras are not just pursued by indian citizens, they can be pursued by foreigners, NRI nationals, PIOs/OCIs and refugees for the program.University allocates 15% reserved seats in PG programs for international students and they should also meet the same academic requirements like primary education for UG just like other applicants
