No, distance learning programmes offered at institute of distance education, university of madras are not just pursued by indian citizens, they can be pursued by foreigners, NRI nationals, PIOs/OCIs and refugees for the program.University allocates 15% reserved seats in PG programs for international students and they should also meet the same academic requirements like primary education for UG just like other applicants

Must check your eligibility and also check the website of ide, university of madras . It directly don't allow anyone to get admission.

However, MBA placements are fairly decent across Madras University's distance education for students, but not as strong as full-time MBA programs. The university also has provision for connecting distance students with companies through job fairs and other placement assistance. Most placement, however, for distance MBA students would be dependent on the individual's efforts, prior work experience, and networking.
