Yes, you can if you have the required rank in WBJEEE= or you can change your stream to CSE from second year onwards, if you have a GPA of 8.5 above.

Obviously, there can't be everything good about either of the institutions. Both of these technical colleges have good faculty members, good student atmosphere. It depends on how you look ATIT. These technical institutes aim at making you a good engineer. It depends on how much you are willing to co-operate with them and how much faith and trust you are going to show them towards achievement of your goal. Basically, in terms of college infrastructure and facilities, I guess Heritage Institute of Technology is far ahead of many other popular colleges in Kolkata. For BBA, IEM is better than UEM from the perspective of academics and placement opportunities.

The placements are mediocre with mediocre packages. Everyone will get placed but type of roles will not be so good.

For getting admission into any MBA college, you need to have 50% aggregate in your graduation but you have 49.56%. So, I guess you will not be eligible to apply for the exam.

Hello Souvik,
The management quota in invariably all the institutes or colleges is defined by most opacity. It is not known clearly as to how much fees do they charge or what are the criteria for giving admissions. Of course the student has to have minimum standards prescribed by the concerned University to get admission but beyond this nothing is known. It is therefore advised that you go with an open mind and take along with you, your best negotiator friend so that he can bargain well with the institute for reducing your fees to the maximum level possible.
