Hello Alok,
There are different versions of looking at NIOS but in the end it has been established by courts that students of NIOS are as good as others and hence can seek admission in any course provided of course they fulfil other criterias if any. So you can definitely seek admission in IEMS.

In one word and without confusing you, I would like to tell you that if you take admission in BIBS, you don't have to worry about getting a job in a good company. We have 100% placement record and the companies are great. We have great faculty and mentors. Events are held at regular intervals so you learn while working. Hi dear,
Yes, the college accepts MAT Score or any other State level or National level entrance test. The fees for the course is INR 5.25 lacs for 2 years. It doesn't include exam fees and the project fees. A minimum of 50% marks is required in Graduation. Final selection of the candidates is based on the CAT/ MAT/XAT any other national level or state level exam score and performance in GD & PI. No, not every time, you can take admission in private colleges under WBUT if you are outsider. They may ask for it during admission time if they think it is needed but not for all. Brochure of this college may lead you better. But I think you should apply for domicile in your block. It will hardly take 15 days or a few more.

Placement wise this college is more than average for CSE. As many IT companies recruit mainly from CSE branch. FIEM also comes under the top 10 private colleges in West Bengal, so the faculty members are very good.
