No, colleges such as JSS Academy of Technical Education, Galgotias University, Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology (KNIT), Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), and Harcourt Butler Technical University (HBTU) are not a part of the Joint Seat Allocation Authority JoSAA counselling process. JoSAA is a centralized counselling process for admission to Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIITs), and other Government Funded Technical Institutions (GFTIs). However, these colleges may have their own admission processes and counselling procedures.

Yes you have fairly good chances of getting a seat At your preferred college. Nothing can be exactly predicted about the branch but the chances are bit low of getting into the CSE branch. With this score of yours you can even get into the NITs or IIITs of your home state or others too but it might take almost last rounds of counseling.

IET DAVV does not offer CSE or IT branch. However, it does offer Computer Science and Engineering, and Information Technology. Your rank of 28520 would not be sufficient for admission in these courses.

In placement scenario both are nearly equal,,, like good companies like mu sigma, adobe, accenture, tcs and all comes in both. SGSITS is a brand name and some firms exclusively comes in GS .whereas some peoplel say that CSE and IT branch of IET DAVV are more preferred. As par as campus IET DAVV has better campus n more facilities
But GSITS has very strong alumni network(as it is one of oldest engineering clg of india), and this gives GSITS a good lead over IET, but if we only talk about CS & IT branch then they are nearly same,
Almost 80% of companies when visit Indore, visits both the colleges, but yes due to strong network some companies

As your graduation percentage is quite low.
So, you are not eligible for the government colleges.
It depends on the state where you live and from which state you want to do MBA.
And most important is your category. If you are OBC/SC/ST/NT/VJNT and domicile of your respective state, then you can apply for MBA with 49% in graduation in your state.
For example, if I am a domicile of Maharashtra and got 49% in graduation and fit into backward category of Maharashtra then I am eligible for MBA in Maharashtra only. I cannot do MBA from any other state in India.
And if you want to pay high amount of fees then you can go for management or NRI quota
