The overall IET Lucknow Shiksha rating is 3.7 out of 5. On the contrary, JSS Noida has the same rating set at 3.7 out of 5, while KIET Ghaziabad is reputed to be the best of all with its rating of 4.2 out of 5. This marks a situation in which IET Lucknow and JSS Noida are accepted as places where candidates can get a good education, while KIET Ghaziabad holds the first positions, according to the student's reviews.

According to the overall placement report, the highest package offered at IET Lucknow is INR 49 LPA (on campus). However, there was a 42% increase in the students placement. Additionally, the highest package offered off campus was INR 1.2 CPA. More than 50 companies visited for recurring. The placement season begins in July and lasts until June. The company's visit is tentatively scheduled based on the package offered by the company.

The latest IET Lucknow MBA placement 2024 has not been released yet. However, as per the overall PG placement report of 2023–24, more than 50 companies visited for recruiting. Some of the top recruiting companies that participated in IET Lucknow placements in the past included Amazon, Cognizant, LAVA, DE Shaw & Co., Samsung, and Global Logic, among others.

IET Lucknow cutoff 2024 has been released for admission to its MBA courses. The institute accepts CUET-PG entrance exam scores for admission. Eligible candidates are then called for a counselling process based on entrance scores. During the IET Lucknow CUET-PG cutoff 2024, the percentile is 815 for the General quota. However, in 2023, the percentile was 1517 for the General –all-India category.
