According to the overall placement report, the highest package offered at IET Lucknow is INR 49 LPA (on campus). However, there was a 42% increase in the students placement. Additionally, the highest package offered off campus was INR 1.2 CPA. More than 50 companies visited for recurring. The placement season begins in July and lasts until June. The company's visit is tentatively scheduled based on the package offered by the company.

The latest IET Lucknow MBA placement 2024 has not been released yet. However, as per the overall PG placement report of 2023–24, more than 50 companies visited for recruiting. IET Lucknow cutoff 2024 has been released for admission to its MBA courses. The institute accepts CUET-PG entrance exam scores for admission. Eligible candidates are then called for a counselling process based on entrance scores. During the IET Lucknow CUET-PG cutoff 2024, the percentile is 815 for the General quota. However, in 2023, the percentile was 1517 for the General –all-India category.
