If you are in general category, I would advise you to reappear for CAT because it is very difficult to get into any good institution with this score; especially IRMA.

With 60 percentile, it is not possible to get into IRMA even with OBC quota. Last year, the cutoff was around 80 percentile for OBC participants.
I would suggest you to improve your preparations and atleast try to score around 90 percentile which is sufficient for an OBC candidate.

IRMA, needs its prospective students to clear either the CAT or the XAT. These exams are inevitable for any aspirant.
IRMA also does not accept MAT scores.

IRMA has three levels in its selection process. The first step being, taking one of CAT or XAT, the second step being clearing the test on 'Issues of Social Concern', the third step in the process is the GA/PI.
Hope, this gives you enough insight into the process.

Required CAT cutoff is difficult to predict but past records suggest that if you have scored above 93-94 percentile you have a fair chance.

Your 10th & 12th grade do carry some weightage but still you have a chance with good XAT/CAT score.

Greetings Mr.Akram,
90 percentile in XAT should be a safe bet to get into IRMA. Since XAT is not the only step in the admission process, the said percentile secures the possibilities of clearing the admission process.

Greetings Ms.Divya
IRMA, encourages diversity in all aspects. All profiles are given importance to, but again, clearing interviews is not just about ones profile. So it cannot be explicitly said that IRMA gives preference to a certain kind of profile.
A 90 percentile should be a safe bet in both CAT and XAT.
Hope I have answered both your questions satisfactorily.
Kind Regards
Anish Madeti
