Median salary is around 8.2 lacs. Highest package went as high as 27 lacs. Most of the well established brands paid in the range of 10-19 lacs.
But there are many participants who willingly joined development organizations which have salary packages lower than median. But many of them might avail the bridge fund facility provided by IRMA to bridge the gap between median and their actual salary.
