JEE Mains ranking in Maharashtra is immaterial, since admissions to all engineering colleges is through MHT CET. You have to score well to get admission in your desired college.

The cut-offs for different categories will be announced simultaneously with results of JEE Mains. Last year it was 100 for general category candidates and lower for other categories.

The process is not announced but it's believed that it's a dynamic process that depends on total number of seats available vis-a-vis students who should compete. Hence it changes every year.

Admissions to engineering colleges in Mumbai are as per your score in MHT CET. There are some better known colleges which require better score and there are some not so well known colleges which do not require good score.

This is one of the very old colleges in India. As per last year's data modified for this year's situation, you need to have more than 75 percentile.

VJTI admissions are not based on JEE Mains but are based on MHT CET conducted by Maharashtra Government. I hope you have applied for it. Process is open at the moment.
However, if you appear for both then you can seek admission to NITs or IITs.
Best wishes.
