It's nice to see your inquisitiveness about cut-offs for Aeronautical Engineering branch in different categories of colleges. However, it is brought out that this information runs into many pages. It fluctuates every year on the basis of toughness of the paper but in Advanced, you have to be in top 300 to avail CSE in top IITs.

The admission is based on your AIR or category ranks which depend on your score in JEE Mains.
The opening and closing ranks vary every year for every Institute.
You may refer the link below for the opening and closing ranks of the NITs, IITs, IIITs and GFTIs for this year:

Hi. For IIT, NIT, IIIT and GFTI, the opening and closing rank is available at Josaa. On Josaa, you will also get the details of course and fee.

Nothing will happen, it's your own choice. You will just get colleges on the basis of your JEE Mains rank only.
You can still apply for both JoSSA (for colleges other than IIT's) & JAC (for 4 colleges, NSIT, IIIT, DTU ,IGDTUW ) through your JEE Mains All India Rank.
It is not compulsory to give Advanced.

Hello Kulkarni,
PICT-Pune is among reputed colleges of India so you need to score well to get admission there, so any score more than 130 marks in JEE is considered safe for admission.
