Yes, you can easily get admission in this college for this course but in the last round of the counselling not in the first phase as your score are not quite good for the first phase of counselling.

Yes, you can easily get admission in this college with this score. But, you should try for the other good colleges of IIITs, GFTIs and other good private colleges as your score is quite good, as there are colleges that better than NIT Rourkela.

No, you can't. To appear in JEE Advanced Exam, you need to first qualify the JEE Main Exam. Only then, you can take the JEE Advanced Exam. If you want to take the JEE Advanced Exam then, you should also have to satisfy the other eligibility factors. JEE Advanced exam will be conducted on 27th May 2019. So, prepare yourself well.

Hence, you must know your percentile. JoSAA is the agency that coordinates admissions to various NIT's and centrally funded technical institutes for admissions which happen via j e Mains examination but there are many states which also accept JEE Mains as the criteria for admission so also so some colleges/universities. In such cases the coordination for admission vests with that particular state or the college / university and if you belong to that state or if you are eligible to seek admission in that college then you have to register yourself using online method and then that particular state entit
