Hello Pranjal,
I am afraid that I could not trace the institution that you are intending to take admission. The only institution with the same name I could find was for Management courses after a student has graduated. I am attaching a link of this just for information. I am sure you are not meaning this college. If you can get more information to me I can advise you in a better way. https://www.vesim.ves.ac.in/programmes/post-graduate-diploma-in-management-pgdm/eligibility.html
Best wishes to you.

Hello Sai,
National testing agency has made it amply clear that those students who are appearing for the second time in JEE Mains that is going to be conducted in the month of April are not to register fresh for the examination. However after using their original login ID and password they are to fill up only the examination form and pay the appropriate fees for appearing in the examination in the month of April. That's all is required to be filled up. Best wishes to you.

You will not be able to get a chance in NIT. It's not a good score for NIT. You should try once again or you can go for other than NITs. All the best

The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict whether you will qualify for NITs/SPA or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration
