Hello Kanishka,
From this year onwards, NTA the agency conducting the exam of JEE Mains, will be declaring results in percentile form and the AIR will be given only after second set of exam results are announced in April or May. Till then nobody can predict how things will move. Roughly about 3lakh students will be allowed to sit for JEE Advanced the exam which will determine the admission to IIT. Hence, patience till then. Best wishes to you.

This will roughly tell you the chances of success for you to get CSE as a subject in one of the NIT. However to help you I am attaching a link that can predict college and branch for you based on your percentile. I would

The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict whether you will qualify for IGDTU or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration
