With 65.3 percentile in GUJCET and 72 percentile in JEE Mains, you might be able to secure admission to some private engineering colleges and state-level institutions. For GUJCET, consider checking the cutoff trends for colleges in Gujarat, while for JEE Main, focus on colleges accepting scores around the 70-75 percentile range.

With a JEE Main rank of 99,862 and assuming you belong to the General or EWS category, you might have chances in the following Government colleges in Maharashtra, especially under Home State:

  • VJTI Mumbai – Tough for CSE/IT, but you could get a chance in the lower branches like Civil or Production Engineering.
  • COEP Technological University, Pune – CSE is unlikely, but you may get branches like Metallurgy, or Instrumentation.
  • Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli – You have a good chance for branches like EEE, Civil, or Mechanical.
  • Government College of Engineering, Amravati/Aurangabad/Jalgaon/Nagpur – You have go

JEE Main CRL of 364524 ( three Lacs sixty-four thousand five hundred fourteen) and an OBC NCL category rank of130000 ( one Lacs thirty thousand), securing admission into a top-tier NIT or IIIT will be extremely challenging.

However, you can definitely explore other engineering colleges. Your best options would be to look into state-level government colleges or reputable private universities.

You might be able to get admission in core branches like Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering in some of these institutions. Participating in your state's counselling process, as well as applying to private colleges that accept JEE Main scores,

With  percentile of 92.1 in JEE Mains and a rank of 1,17,042 you have a solid chance of getting admission into the Army Institute of Technology (AIT) for Electrical and Telecommunication Engineering, especially given their specific admission criteria for children of army personnel.

While the cut-offs can vary, AIT has its own merit list based on JEE Main scores.

Your rank is quite competitive within their admission pool. It's an excellent institute with a strong focus on discipline and academics, and your rank is well within a favorable range for securing a seat there.

With an SC category rank of 52k and a 12th-grade percentage of 56%, securing a seat in any NIT will be extremely challenging.

The cut-offs for the SC category in NITs, even for less competitive branches, are significantly lower than your rank.

Most NITs' admission cut-offs for the SC category typically fall within the range of ten thousand to fifteen thousand ranks.

Furthermore, many NITs have a minimum 12th-grade percentage eligibility criterion that you may also need to check. It's a great rank for other opportunities, but for NITs, it's generally outside the admission range.

National Institutes of Technology (NITs)

Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs)

You may also have opportunities in some IIITs (Indian Institutes of Information Technology) and various private engineering colleges.
