You can look for state engineering colleges accepting JEE Mains score. If you want to pursue engineering from IITs/NITs only than you can also go for one more attempt (if its your first attempt). If you want to do engineering than go for a state engineering institute and work hard. You can try for GATE and again look for IITs/NITs to complete your M.Tech. Just be determined towards your goal. Best of Luck!

Based on your rank, you have good chances to get NITs like Hamirpur, Jaipur, Nagpur, Calicut, Patna, Tiruchirappalli. Other colleges where you have good chances are School of Planning and Architecture-Bhopal, BIT-Mesra, School of Planning and Architecture- Vijayawada.

It is as usual. There is no change. In the future, it may change but for next 2-3 years, it is going to conduct as their usual scheduled calendar.

As your rank is not good enough to get such colleges which is best for CSE through JOSAA.
Go to such colleges which offer their own test and counselling for admission.

With this rank, it is difficult to get NIT. You can go for your state government engineering colleges. That will be best for you. All the best.

Hi buddy I suggest you to not go for 3rd attempt. If you have not cleared it in two attempts then it is difficult to clear in 3rd attempt.
