Hello, hope you are doing well. First of all, you have to apply to Anna University Counselling TNEA Counselling) with your 12th Marks. Then, cut off will be will be calculated based on your marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry out of 200. And then, TNEA 2018 cut off marks will be released only when the application scrutiny process completes for all applied applicants.

No, this college's intake is only through merit basis over JEE & SAT. This college has brightest minds of India, so you need to qualify JEE Mains. Else, you need to score above 2000/2400 in SAT. As you said I think, you did not qualify for JEE Mains, then you are not eligible to get admission in this college through management quota.

Hello, hope you are doing well. You need to search for the JEE Main paper 2 score accepted college list after that, check for the dates and criteria for the particular college state wise. If you are searching for home state. It is okay, but if you are searching for other states, then you need to find the eligibility criteria for that state also. And then, go for counselling.
