You will get low ranking private colleges not with your favourite branch. You can get the branch of your choice by internal sliding but government college is not possible.

Hello dear,
If you can't attempt EAMCET then go for counseling of JEE main also apply for colleges level counseling because JEE score is valid in a maximum number of colleges in india. Andhra Pradesh EAMCET score is only valid for Andhra Pradesh colleges.
