First of all, please tell me your caste and state. There is a chance of state government colleges for you. But the cut-offs for NIT are high, you would not qualify for them.
Apply for state government colleges.
Best of luck for future.

IIST has a total of 250 seats every year along with reservation. Also, IIST takes admission on the basis of Advanced and not on the basis of Mains. You need at least under 2k rank for IIST. Rest, it depends upon the cutoff of the entrance which changes every year, which is the marks of 250th student applying for it. Best of luck.

The best you can do is study arts or political science and prepare for banking and civil services. You can also go for forensic science, cyber security, web development or data scientist courses which do not require a degree and these graduates are working well across the world without any degree.
Best of luck.

State students get benefit in the entrance of NITs as they are counted on the basis of home-state rank and not by their overall rank. One should get around 260 marks to get into NIT, Warangal with general category.
Best of luck.

First of all, you will not get any decent college if you only choose CS or IT. In spite of being a general category candidate, the chances of getting good colleges are very low. But you will get a mid-range college.
Kindly use Shiksha's college predictor.
