COE-Pune fills its seats via MAHCET not via JEE Mains, so you need to attempt MAHCET to get the College of Engineering Pune, however, as per your rank in JEE Mains, you will get NITs like NIT-Silchar, NIT-Meghalaya, NIT-Srinagar, etc., or you may check here to know more about your probable colleges.

It's better to lookout for other private institutions as SASTRA's cutoff would be generally begin from 970.
