If you want to take admission into any IITs, then only you have to give JEE Advanced. Otherwise, skip it, its absolutely fine.

You have good scores and so you can get a seat at Sastra University. But the branch which you could get is not predictable as the competition is higher. So, try it at the counseling.

The admission into IITs for undergraduate engineering courses is strictly based on the ranks In JEE Advanced exam. But, you need to qualify JEE Mains to appear for JEE Advanced. There is no other way to get admission at IITs.
