VJTI is a governmental institute, and if you belong to OBC, then you need to score at least of 90+ marks or you better prefer MAH CET for your admission. It will be a lot easier for you.

According to me 65 marks is not enough, for a sc cast student NIT cutoff is expected at nearby 75 marks.
you can go for your state universities or private universities like lpu, they will provide you admission and better scholarship.

Probability of ST students qualifying JEE Mains is quite high, as there is a huge difference in the cut of a General candidate and a ST candidate. Check out the last year cut off:
JEE cut off 2017
General 81
OBC-NCL 49
SC 32
ST 27
PWD 01.

Actually, your percentage in 10+2 is low. For getting admission in SRM, you need to score more than 70 percentage and you have to clear the SRMJEE Exam. But, you scored good marks in JEE Mains paper. You can contact SRM admission department, they can explain you briefly about your condition.

With general category, you'll get some NITs, not the best one's, but you'll get decent one's. Also, focus on your studies till all your exams end. After that, look up for the opportunities and make best out of this time. All the best.

Only private colleges will give you admission without ranks in these exams. Do explore all other opportunities. All the best.
