According to me, if cut-off goes high, you will be at boundary chance of passing and if cut-off goes low you will be qualified for JEE Advanced.

Hello Shivani, Taking a year to clear JEE Mains is your wish. But my suggestion is that, you can opt for any other better college, may be a private college.

Admission requirements for B.Arch in Sir JJ University, Mumbai is via NATA, and you will not be eligible for admission to this college via JEE Mains paper-2 marks. Admission Process:
Admission is through counselling conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra based on marks obtained in 10+2/ Diploma and score obtained in National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA). Selection parameter and weightage:
10+2/ Diploma marks - 50%
NATA score - 50%
