Right now, cut-off marks are not declared, but 80 marks are quite enough to cross the OBC cut-off, but for checking the rank, please follow the link provided and fill the details required to check the rank:

Rank is calculated by taking into consideration the number of students appearing for exams. So I will suggest you to search for a formula over the internet and calculate your rank. It is easy. After that, you need to provide a list of colleges according to your marks while filling the admission form. So, it's better to put some good college names at the top even though they are having more cut-off. If some seats remain vacant then you can get that college. But don't put more than 3 to 4 since it will decrease your chances to get selected for other colleges which will be having cut-off lesser than your marks. Since it's a computerized p

You cannot get admission in IIT on the basis of JEE Mains, but clearing it is an eligibility criterion for taking JEE Advanced which is the exam for getting into IIT.
For JEE Mains, you need a minimum of 100 marks to stand a chance, but you are still not in the safe zone.
As every year the cut-off revolves around 100.
For Advanced, the max. rank to get IIT-Kanpur or Kharagpur is 30K to 35K but then too you have to compromise with the branch.

You have to obtain 170+ marks as you are in General category. But there might be changes as every year cut off changes and even some of good students cannot get good colleges and desired branch because of their higher cut-offs. So, I will only tell you to try to get at least 200 marks so that you will able to get good branch in MANIT, Bhopal. Thanks.

Some colleges offer direct admission in B.Tech programme, but for that, you must score a minimum of 80% in class 12th only then you will be able to get admission in the programme. Also, you may not have to face the exam, but you may face the interview for direct admission. Also, I suggest you to appear for JEE Mains because in IIT only these programmes are well taught by the faculty members. Other private colleges also offer these programmes but they do not have any experienced faculty member for the same. But in spite of this, you may check for some private colleges like Amity, UPES, Galgotias, etc.
Best of luck.
