Obviously you are eligible for it. For PWD candidate, lots of seats are reserved in top most government colleges. Just wait for the opening of JOSAA counselling portal.

You stand a good chance for many NITs. I will suggest you to wait for your rank and prepare for advance as you also stand a chance to get an IIT. For NITs it is sure that you will get an NIT.

Check your expected rank at Shiksha rank predictor. Though I think it should be around 40k. So if you belong to general category your chances of core branch at NITs are less but you may get some new ones.

The official answer key would be released only at the time of announcing the results. So you need to wait for it or browse the NET for solution key from various coaching centers.

You have 90% chances to get into NITs. Apply for JoSAA. After the counselling you may get admission in any NIT with a good branch.

Nope. I don't think you will. Just hope for good fortune and let faith do the rest. Can't predict anything as it is too uncertain.

If you are good at self-studying, then you can opt for DLP. But if you aren't, then regular classroom is the best way to keep yourself updated.

A score of 220+ is must. If score is around 300 and more, then you will be assured a seat. Visit the respective website for more details.
