You have to got 75% marks to be in top 20% percentile of college. But nevertheless, you can get admission in NIT-Raipur. But firstly, there is the first requirement. So, you can go for some integrated course in branch selection and then, the internal sliding, you can get the branch as per the requirement.

Hi,
Yes, you are eligible to sit for JEE Mains next year. Your board percentage is greater than 75%, so there won't be any problem.

Hi,
Your JEE marks are just 40. At this stage, you will not get any good govt. college. So, better to try for any private college with direct admission.

Hi,
Yes, you can appear for JEE Mains 2018 but even on clearing JEE Mains with good marks I don't think that you will get admission in govt. colleges as they want 75% in boards of JEE aspirants.

I will tell you about how much rank you need to score to get admission in aeronautical engineering, so the rank must be around 4000 (general) in JEE Advanced and minimum 75% in 12th board exams to be eligible for JOSAA counselling.
