Hey,
The best way to predict college through JEE main score is resonance college predictor:
https://www.resonance.ac.in/reso/news/JEE-Main-Branch-Predictor.aspx
After that, just go for counselling of that college. You may also choose private college like BITs Pilani, SRM, VIT, SKIT Jaipur, Galgotia, Sharda, LPU and NIRMA.
So, go for it.

The chances of getting admission across any NIT, IIIT or GFTI are very low. Nearly two lakh candidates will be appearing in JEE Advanced and admissions are expected to get closed at an AIR of around 14 thousand. The remaining nearly 1,85,000 candidates will vie for seats at top NITs, IIIT and GFTI. The total seat intake of NITs, IIITs and GFTIs is around 24,000. Thus, even the NITs will not be able to absorb all the candidates appearing for the second stage of JEE. So, it is highly unlikely that you will be getting admission in any NIT/ IIIT / GFTI.

You can wait for the counselling rounds and for this you can check the JoSAA website and then check different colleges with the branch offered and last year's opening and closing rank of the particular branches and the total seats available for the course.

With 166 marks in JEE Mains paper 2 you are not eligible to get admission in any good government/private college because they consider a score of above 300 marks in JEE Mains paper 2 for admission.
