Considering your NATA and JEE Mains paper 2 there are zero chances of getting admission in any government college for B.Arch.
However, you may get admission in any private university/college with your score.

Your SC category rank is too high. Admission for SC category rank in JEE Mains is up to 15000.

Yes, you can take part in the counselling. But I am not sure that you will get any good B.Arch college based on your rank of JEE Mains paper 2.

Your SC category rank in Advanced will not help you to get into IITs. However, you might get preparatory course in IITs through this rank. You will easily get NITs considering your JEE Mains rank.

I'm sorry to say that IITs only give admission based on JEE Mains and Advanced once you are qualified for JEE Mains then you will be allowed to give JEE Advanced through which you will get admitted to IITs.

Hi,
For AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test) you need to clear 4 exams namely JEE Mains papers 1&2, JEE Advanced and then you need to clear AAT to get admission for B.Arch in IITs.
So if you have cleared all these only then you can give AAT. Only with JEE Mains paper 2, you will be eligible for admission into NITs and GFTIs alone.
