I hope you understand that this score is not enough to fetch you a seat in a reputed college. You can still try for some regional government colleges. Else, you will have to go for private colleges.

No, you will not get admission with this score in an architect college.

You need to score 220+ in Jee Mains paper 2 to get admission in NIT-K
220+ will be considered a safe score to get admission in NIT-K average branch.

Sorry to say, but you haven't cleared JEE Mains required cutoff. So, there is no way to get the best college. You may get admission in any private college on the basis of class 12th percentage.
