Yes, COMEDK syllabus is similar to JEE Main exam. The difficulty level of JEE Main exam is on the difficult side. However, the COMEDK exam difficulty level is lower in comparison to JEE Main.  Candidates are advised to practice the COMEDK mock test to get familiar with the exam pattern and syllabus.  

Yes, you can take admission in Techno India University without JEE Main, depending on the course. For BTech, admissions also consider marks in WBJEE and TNJEE instead of JEE Main. A few UG courses like BBA, BCA, and BSc allow admission on Class 12 marks or university entrance test. NTA has announced the JEE Mains 2026 session 1 exam date. Paper 1 exam was held on January 21, 22, 23, 24 and 28, and paper 2 exam was held on January 29.

Candidates will not be allowed entry inside JEE Main exam centre without the printout of JEE Mains admit card downloaded from the website. It is mandatory to downlaod the JEE Main admit card, take its printout and carry it to the exam centre.
