You cannot get any NITs, IIITs or GFTIs. So, you can opt for the following colleges.
You can apply for Sastra University. They admit students through JEE main scores as well as board exam scores. So, you might get a seat there.
Then, you can try for PSG Coimbatore. It comes under Anna University counselling. So, if you are sure about getting by counselling then no problem. Otherwise you can apply separately.
All the best!

May be they can admit you if you pay any penalty fee or some extra fees. but I'm not sure whether this is there are not.
As it is a private university, they might admit you in the name of management quota but I'm not sure
but for sure , if you didn't attend the counseling you will not be admitted.
All the best!

Your rank is going to be between 27,000 to 46,000. Use the link below to know the type of college you will get with these marks:

Going for a newly opened IIIT won't be a good idea, as it will take time for the new place to establish it properly.
With this JEE score, you can get you a seat in some of the best private universities like Lovely, Galgotias, Goenka, etc. Most of these universities are offering admissions on the basis of JEE score, their own tests and 12th marks. Some of them are also offering good scholarships on the basis of above mentioned criteria
