The cut-off marks for OBC category is 49. So, you have just passed the exam and you are also qualified to take JEE Advanced. With this score, you have really low chances to get admission into any NIT, IIIT or GFTI.
So, it is better if you try for other colleges that accept both JEE Mains scores and board exam marks for admission.
If you want, you can apply for counselling through www.josaa.nic.in for admission into NITs ,IIITs, and GFTIs. You might get NIT-Sikkim, Agartala, etc.
This counselling will be available after JEE Advanced exam gets over.

You can go to some of the top private colleges accepting JEE Mains and board percentage. There you can also get scholarships up to 100% (maybe).

You can get admission in good colleges with 72 marks in JEE Mains if you have good marks in board exams.

According to the current situation, there is no update for changes in JEE Mains 2018. So, the possibility of change is also less.

Yes, you can get it as your rank is less so you get admission in NITs for automobile engineering, be a part of the counselling conducted by JoSAA after the results of JEE Advanced exam are announced.

You cannot get a government college but you can try in private colleges.
