Yes, you're eligible to get the admission at Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh with the mentioned JEE ranks as the eligibility required for B.Tech is JEE-Mains mandatory and 12th cleared with a minimum aggregate of 60% in PCM, so just apply as early as possible before the seats gone over. The counselling will take place once JEE and class XII results will be out. You get yourself registered with Chitkara University by filling up the form. Forms are available in various book shops and you can also apply online at - admissions.chitkara.edu.in.

It will be very difficult for you to get into SVNIT. It is one of the top NITs. Participate in JOSAA counselling and fill your choices wisely.
