The JEE Main result is declared centrally by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and not by individual colleges like R. D. Engineering College Technical Campus. Typically, the JEE Main results for both sessions are announced a few weeks after the exams. For the exact dates, students should monitor announcements from NTA or their official website. Once results are declared, candidates can proceed with the counseling and admission process at institutions like R. D. Engineering College based on their scores.

The institute offers direct admission to BTech courses only to the DASA process, that too with fulfilling certain eligibility criteria. However, JEE Main is what gives admissions to the BTech programmes at NIT Kurukshetra. Hence, Indian students can not see themselves in the NIT Kurukshetra BTech programme without JEE Main scores.

No, it is not mandatory to appear for both Session 1 and Session 2 of the JEE Main exam.
The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main is conducted twice a year — once in January (Session 1) and again in April (Session 2). Candidates have the option to appear for either one of the sessions or both, depending on their preference. If you appear for both sessions, your best score from either session will be considered for the final ranking.
So, if you choose not to appear for both sessions, you can still apply for and take the exam in just one of the sessions. However, taking both allows you to improve your score.
