These days Admission to engineering colleges is through some or the other entrance exam. It could be JEE Mains or state CET. Admissions are almost not given based on 12th marks.

With 38 marks out of 360, I feel you should introspect as to what went wrong. Can you overcome this? If the answer is yes, then take break of one year, study well and again appear next year.
Presently, your only chance could be management quota.

Since you are qualified to appear for JEE Advanced, try to score well in that because you may get an IIT also.

As per your marks, you will not get any good colleges in Maharashtra, so you may look forward for your other exams or you may seek for admission in any private colleges in Maharashtra via management quota.
