You can appear for JEE Advanced but if you don't get above 75% marks in boards, then you will not have chances for admission in any IITs.

As per your rank, you will not get any NITs, prepare well for JEE Advanced, you may get any IITs instead.

For admission into IITs, you need not to score any specific marks, you just need enough marks to sit in JEE Advanced, and as far as mechanical branch of IIT Bombay is concerned you need to score above than 190 in JEE Advanced, marks may vary as per the cut-off.

Search your colleges here but if your 12th percentage is less than 75, then you can't apply.
