No, REAP (Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process) is specifically for admissions into engineering colleges in Rajasthan. If you are from Bihar, you would typically participate in counseling processes conducted by Bihar-based institutions or through national-level entrance exams like JEE Main for admissions outside your state. It's essential to check the specific eligibility criteria and counseling procedures of the institutions or states you are interested in for accurate guidance regarding your admission options.

Securing 129 marks in JEE Mains and 982 marks in your Andhra Pradesh board exams gives you a competitive edge for admission to the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) program at SASTRA University, Thanjavur. SASTRA University considers both JEE Main scores and 12th-grade marks for admissions.
Admission to SASTRA is based on a combination of JEE Main scores and board exam marks, with a weightage of 25% for JEE Main scores and 75% for board exam marks. Given your strong performance in both, you have a good chance of securing a seat in the CSE program.
However, competition is intense, and cutoffs can vary each year based on the applicant
